Here's a very short take on our philosophy here at The Cat's Tail: We basically believe that you do NOT need oodles & oodles of money to look good.
So, we promise you collection after collection of absolutely beautiful pocket-friendly pieces we guarantee you'll make space in your wardrobe for. (We definitely did teehee!)
Our low prices do not mean that we compromise on quality, though. We at The Cat's Tail are absolute sticklers when it comes to quality clothing, so we spend tonnes of time sussing out the most lovingly made pieces with gorgeous material.

Step 1:
When you see something you like, drop us an email at mailthecatstail@gmail.com, in the following format with your name as the title of the email:
name of item(s)
your delivery address
colour of the item (if there is more than one colour) and quantity
contact number
And do indicate if you want your item delivered via regular mail, or registered mail.
While regular mail will be free-of-charge, do note that choosing to receive your item via Registered Mail will cost you an additional $2.50.
**It is highly recommended that you opt for Registered Mail, as you will be able to track your package this way. We will not be responsible for any packages lost via regular mail.
Step 2:
When we receive your email, we will get back to you on the status of the item and confirm your order if the item is available via email within 1 working day.
Once you receive our confirmation email, you need to transfer the money to our DBS Savings account within 48 hours - which is basically 2 days upon receiving our confirmation email.
Step 3:
Once you have transferred the money to us, please email us ASAP to let us know. Include in your email the transaction number of your transfer (for those using i-banking). For those using ATM transfer, we will do a manual check of our account to verify payment.
**It is important to note that if we do not receive your email notifying us of your transfer within 48 hours of receiving our confirmation email, the item will be released to the next buyer. We work on a first-pay system, so the faster you pay us, the higher the chance of you getting your item! This is to dissuade dead buyers from holding up our stock, thereby disallowing our other serious buyers from getting the item they really want.
Once we confirm with you that we have received your payment, we will send you an invoice and dispatch your item. And you will receive it within 1-3 working days at your doorstep! :)
In the event that the item is out of stock and you have already transferred the money to us, not to worry! We will return you your money within 2 working days via a transfer.
